David Eaton | Managing Director - Canada

David Eaton began his career on the floor of the dynamic Vancouver Stock Exchange. He worked in every aspect of the investment business before structuring transactions as a financier and investment banker. He has become an expert on bringing ventures to the public market through the CNQ, Canada's newest venture Exchange. Mr. Eaton has structured and participated in numerous IPOs, arranged financing for private placements. His expertise lies in introducing capital to opportunities, ideas to financing, management to projects. Through his work he has developed a significant client base which can bring aftermarket liquidity. Mr. Eaton has also developed land projects in North and Central America giving him a wide ranging exposure to the business issues in land development, financing and property offerings. As an experienced generalist, David is able to provide objective and accurate advice to investors seeking significant returns and to entrepreneurs whose vision requires capital and access to public markets.
