Joseph Wan - Group Chairman

Mr. Wan obtained his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Mr. Wan has extensive experience in project finance, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and direct investments. From 1978 to 1993, Mr. Wan held various senior positions in the corporate banking departments of Citibank (Hong Kong), Credit Commercial de France and First National Bank of Chicago. From 1987 to 1993, Mr. Wan was Head of Arab Asia International Limited's Corporate Banking Group and was responsible for financing arrangements, direct investments and asset management. In 1993, Mr. Wan founded Goldwyn Capital Limited, a company providing investment advisory services for initial public offerings, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and fund raising exercises. Since 2000, Mr. Wan has been the sole owner and Chairman of the Baron Group.
