Michael Sze | Securities Brokerage - Managing Director

Mr. Sze has over 30 years of experience in the financial and securities field. He graduated with a Master of Law (LLM) degree from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Mr. Sze was a former Council Member from 1996 to 2000 and a former Member of the Main Board Listing Committee from 1997 and 2003 of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Mr. Sze is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and a Committee Member of the Hong Kong Stockbrokers Association Limited. He has served as a Member of the Insider Dealing Tribunal and has just been named to the Market Misconduct Tribunal reporting directly to the Financial Secretary of Hong Kong. Mr. Sze also sits as an Independent Director on a number of major Hong Kong and Chinese public companies. Mr. Sze is currently active in successfully concluding numerous Currency and Interest Rate Swaps with a China nexus.
