Rabo Leung | Chairman and Managing Director - Hong Kong

Mr. Leung has been an active participant in the capital market of Hong Kong for the past 17 years. He has obtained extensive experience in dealing with investment banking products and services, including corporate finance, financial advisory, direct investments and stock brokerage. Throughout these years, Mr. Leung has also established solid relationships with a number of key regulatory bodies in China, and has developed a practical and thorough understanding of Chinese regulations and execution procedures. During his tenure, Mr. Leung has supervised over 10 successful public listings in Hong Kong, including Chinese State Owned Enterprises. In addition to his abundant experience with IPOs, Mr. Leung considers mergers and acquisitions as a cornerstone of his professional career. Mr. Leung is a senior member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a member of the Hong Kong Securities Institute.
